Spend an afternoon reminding your instrument what it feels like to connect and asking yourself to try the "dangerous action" challenging yourself to

"Do the thing you can't take back".

Students are emailed a script before the workshop they are responsible for printing out and bringing with them to the workshop. The book is recommended.
